How do I downgrade my plan?

To downgrade: 1) Go to Dashboard > Settings.

When downgrading, be aware of plan limits: if you have more rooms or contributors than the lower plan allows, you may need to remove some before the downgrade takes effect. You'll receive an email confirming the change.
