Question 2

What happens when I exceed my session limit?

Accepted Answer

If you reach your monthly session limit, you won't be able to create new sessions until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit.

Question 3

What is the platform fee?

Accepted Answer

The platform fee is a percentage taken from each booking transaction processed through Studio Splitz. Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30 cents) are passed through to the customer as a separate line item at checkout, so they do not affect your revenue or splits.

Question 4

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Accepted Answer

We offer a generous free Starter plan so you can try Studio Splitz before committing. When you're ready to scale, upgrade to a paid plan with no long-term contracts required.

Question 5

What counts as a 'session'?

Accepted Answer

A session is a single booking made by a client through your studio's booking page. Each completed booking counts as one session toward your monthly limit.

Question 6

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you'll be moved to the free Starter plan.
