What is the platform fee and how is it calculated?

The platform fee varies by your plan: Starter (6%), Pro (3%), Studio (1.5%), Scale (0.5%). See the full comparison on the Pricing page. This fee is calculated on the gross booking amount and deducted before revenue splits are calculated. Standard Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) also apply separately.
