Getting Started with Studio Splitz: Your First 24 Hours

Welcome to Studio Splitz. Whether you're running a one-room home studio or a multi-room commercial facility, this guide will walk you through everything you need to do in your first 24 hours to get fully operational.

Hour 1: Account and profile setup. Create your studio account with your email address. Once verified, you'll meet Splitz AI - our setup assistant that walks you through the entire configuration process conversationally. Tell it about your studio, your rooms, and your rates, and it'll configure everything for you.

Hour 2: Room configuration. Add each of your rooms with their names, hourly rates, and any special details. Set up your availability schedule - the days and hours each room is available for booking. Don't forget to set minimum booking durations and any dynamic pricing tiers.

Hour 3: Payment setup. Connect your Stripe account to start accepting payments. The Stripe Connect onboarding takes about 10 minutes and involves verifying your identity and linking your bank account. Once connected, you can immediately accept card payments from clients.

Hour 4: Team invitations. If you work with engineers or contributors, invite them through the platform. They'll receive an email invitation, create their own accounts, and can start setting their availability right away. Configure your revenue split settings so everyone knows what they'll earn.

Hours 5-24: Share and launch. Your booking page is live. Share the URL with your existing clients and post it on your social media. As bookings come in, you'll see them in your dashboard with all the details - client info, session times, payment status, and engineer assignments.

Pro tips for your first week: Start by booking a test session yourself to see the full client experience. Review your booking page from a client's perspective and make sure the information is accurate. Set up your email notification preferences so you don't miss any new booking requests.
